I believe PH20 is administered along with the insulin and not a two step process but I'm not 100% certain about that. They have an approved product Hylenex which they are testing with insulin pumps to see if preadministering before the pump infusion would have more consistent exposure and better glycemic control, that I believe is a two step process but the pump stays in one site for a few days I believe.
