MDVN isn't necessarily gonna drop, it just had a prostate cancer very successful trial, very risky IMO to gamble on that...if it does, nice, but its risky...

EDIT also options are ILLIQUID, not much volume on those.

MDVN: Difficult to say. Nobody knows if and when it will drop to at least close that big gap partially. As of now with all the DD i've done it doesn't justify such a huge jump/ gap.

The drug is still in experimental stage, no approval yet. Nobody knows if and when it will be approved by the FDA. It apparently extends a prostate cancer patient's life to 4-5 months, big deal. Is that really worth it to spend $100k on such a drug? There might be better alternatives to extend a few months life.

I went in Nov 29 Puts, kinda risky, we'll see. Hoping for a quick correction from that jump but it might also not come down as quick. Maybe better try Dec Puts?
