Are you suggesting Spencer didn't try to have the default judgments overturned? LOL, it's been discussed at length on the board.

How do you know what happened in court Thursday? Were you there? Didn't GOSY's lawyer violate procedural rules by not providing Wallace with his responding papers until he was at the hearing? Isn't that why the Judge granted Wallace's request for five days to respond? I'm going to assume you don't know about Wallace's meeting with Judge Irwin AFTER the hearing. Unless you were there as well. Yep, Wallace is incompetent. And Spencer has made millions for his investors. Do you think we'll hear about Wallace's next moves against Spencer next week? LOL!!!! JAMS will never happen. Spencer knows the arbitrator, after the initial hearing, will require Spencer to undergo a full mental exam before allowing him to proceed. (I wonder if he'll meet some of his other investors at the clinic?) That's of course if Spencer can explain why he admitted IN WRITING to the Florida Bar he had no evidence that Wallace had violated the NDA. Don't you just love Spencerland.
