Do you have an appellate court case number for those "appeals"? Wallace never argued a case against GeckoSystems in any court that I know of. Just a default judgment and a couple of motions that I know of. All of that could get undone by what happened Thursday. JAMS will probably set Wallace up for GeckoSystems. Either he lies to the mediator or gives evidence against himself to be used in DE. Thin ice all around for Wallace.
