Sorry Mango..you misunderstood me...I was making the point that I have to apply for permits amd sometimes they get returned for little procedual things that they don't alert us of..changes in procedures...someone was having a heart attack because an application was returned and I was relating my experiences to that same thing..go back and reread the post from me and to me if you need to..it will make sense I believe...Good luck!
