Hello Wiggins,
You know that I respect you the most, but your posts in the defense of the CEO are full of flaws.
Did not he know that he is going to acquire a brokerage firm long ago (it is in many releases if you want me to pull them out)? So what were his plans anyways to buy them? Plus, where is the proof that there are actually any deposits or any firm - can you provide any proof that there is any transaction actually even took place? - Any proof? How can you be so sure that the release was not a damage control after the increase in the AS?
So, if an R/S happens later because he found that this is the best for the company, are you going to come here and tell us that we would be fooling ourselves if we believed that there are other ways to decrease the OS?
Today, we have another promise fell. The DTCC is now attached to the name change which may not happen anytime soon.
What do you think about that there will be dilution till Righ becomes tradable - had you any idea before about that? what if Righ doesn't trade well anytime soon-what is plan B?
Where are the lined private investors - one would think that instead of dumping billion shares besides the 400 million shares increase in the float over our head, that those investors would buy the shares as preferred or restricted shares to prevent that damage.
Where are the 100 customers lined up for the TA if he just bought the software?
If you choose to support without questions, I respect that. However, the holes here keep getting bigger. As an investor who spend too much time with this company and supported it without restriction, I am entitled to all the clear answers and much better performance.
You called people who ask questions upset because they sold for a loss, you friend called that whining like a baby. Well, I haven't sold a share, and demanding straight answers that can be confirmed is not whining. I will keep demanding answers-any problem with that?. If TOFS delivers anything of value better than chatting on the website and forward statement or transactions that can't be proven, I believe the company will regain some of their supporters back.
Obviously, our CEO reads the board, so I don't need to go to the blog. I asked about the DTCC in the morning and got the answers shortly after on the blog.
P.S. you gave us so many explanations about why the price were not moving up (someone put huge block to collect at the bid and such among other explanations and I am afraid you will be wrong again). I have been wrong on so many things too, but at least I am taking a step back now.
Have a nice weekend
