If only simple filing , but got rejected twice and the website typo here and there,
How can he built a serious company ?

Another side : He is a wall street veteran, knows that trader like RM play ~ so... he create an idea to RM with himself. He know investors love 'shares buy back' rumor, soo...he create an idea reduce share by EOY.
And oh... he is pumping RIGH , again , for RM play .

Sucking investor's money is a fun for him. yeahhhh!

Ok..you can now check out why the application was rejected just like I suspected...an error of procedure and technicality..an e-mail address problem...Ok you made such a big deal about the error now make a bid deal with your retraction...
