This bit particularly is intriguing:

How can it be speculative and high risk if a working model exists and is ready to be rolled out, as we are constantly told?

Something doesn't add up here.

Or rather something does add up if you accept that WDRP is yet another pump and dump operation organized by the usual suspects from North of the Border.
