I'd never heard she was trying to delay in order to protect the court. I'd hoped it, not believing it would work out that way. Considering the types Bush has appointed to other lifetime judicial positions and his recent "in your face" resubmission of Pryor etal, I consider it a done deal - the "Supreme" Court -- already a mess -- is lost. This country is totally absurd, sick.
