Once the Company is able to begin selling its investments, it will cease raising capital through the issuance of its own stock and immediately reduce the number of Authorized shares to equal the amount of its Outstanding shares.
True, but they never stated they would not raise the A/S. Looks to me like this is very short term, probably to finish deposit, pay for equipment and anything else due now to get everything up and running. It is not that long now til year end and I am still a believer MATT will reduce A/S like what was stated. I believe the timing on how everything went down was just unfortunate and emotions here snow balled through the entire system. I can easily see us out of the trips before year end, as to me it looks like MATT is still keeping his word with all that he has stated. Just call it bad timing. MY OPINION NOT ANY ONE ELSE'S $TOFS
