Without yelling and getting nasty can you please explain your reasoning? The attorney letter is dated Nov 1, 2011. The terminology used is "as of the date hereof." That sounds to me like they are stating the A/S and O/S as of today.

I enjoy meaningful, respectful debates no matter what side of the fence anyone is on. I just want the statements either backed up with verifiable fact or put IMO after it.

The A/S increase, IMO, will prove to be good for the company down the line. I have always stated that time is needed for this thing to grow. Anyone expecting a quick buck here is gonna be disappointed, unless you are a savvy trader.
