I also can call the SEC, and alert them to whatever I wish. I also can request that they help me with something. However just because I can do those things does not mean that they will happen. I have yet to see a formal agreement between the amf and sec, issued by the SEC that they have angreement of the sort you speak.

They can do a lot of things...that's not the issue. Everything you say about what they can or might do to WDRP is speculation.
