Since Provinces are in full control of civil law and AMF can only excercise civil law, then it appears this matter falls under Quebec and Quebec only has jurisdiction over Quebec. What, then, makes you think that AMF has any power over WDRP?

There's a lot to read in those links. It appears though as you have read them. If so, can you point to the text that answers my questions. If you haven't read, then you have refuted with links that may or may not address the questions and that's superfluous.

Your issue seems to be that WDRP mgmt has been fraudulent. Mine is that there is no evidence to support that, just speculation. Speculation is OK, but you post like all you say is a forgone conclusion and anyone who disagrees is just wrong.

I've said this before. You might be right and you might be wrong...the courts will decide. Right now I see only "improper venue" relative to WDRP, so even if there's wrongdoing, AMF may have no jurisdiction and thus the response in the PR from WDRP.
