Are you so confident that you'll buy some shares at 23.00
In general I would say yes to this question. If you remember I did the same with SOKF after they agreed to the merger although I was even more confident in the situation over there. That said I had to wait 3 weeks or so for the money.
I think it probably goes through, although I'm baffled as to the reason why anyone would want to buy this thing and take it private
To be honest I have always been baffled about the price. In my opinion they could have done it cheaper as well like some of the other chinese small caps did.
I'd rather be long 24.00 puts for .50 than long the stock at 23.50, that's for sure
