Are you so confident that you'll buy some shares at 23.00?
I think it probably goes through, although I'm baffled as to the reason why anyone would want to buy this thing and take it private. Anyone who read Citron and Pearson's evidence has to agree that this is a scam. My guess is that it will turn into another China Water and Drinks.
With that said, if the puts get cheap enough, and there's still no money paid, I think it may be worth it. I'd rather be long 24.00 puts for .50 than long the stock at 23.50, that's for sure
