Because, my guess is, they are completely unrelated. Don't know who Bespoke is, but perhaps they were unsuccessful in getting the share price up and the individual was successful a year later.
Hence his payment.

Just called the number. It is the IR of JBI . Assured me that the financials will be coming out "soon" .

Very professional person who took interest in me and he did say he attended the AGM.
