Maybe that individual owns the firm. Who cares? The filings suggest the person and/or firm gets paid once a year for a yearly contract.

Surely gotta be a conspiracy. The OTCQX dad/pal conspiracy didn't work so maybe this one will whereas the last 400,000 failed. Gotta be one that sticks, right?
