No, it's not okay.
The whole point of Capitalism is to create new value, and new technology, and new companies using existing capital, and hence make the world a better place for all of us who live here.
The subversion of what should be a magnificent adventure into a grubby little zero sum game rigged by the shady operators behind the scenes is a travesty and in (in many cases literally) a crime.
Those who choose to urinate deliberately on the dreams and aspirations of people who would like to participate in the genuine creation of wealth are the first cousins of terrorist groups that hate our freedoms and our systems - blood brothers to Al Qaeda and their kin everywhere.
The sooner the canker of penny stock fraud is excised from our markets the better.
And I fear that this will now require radical surgery.
