Are you referring to the two new replacements for those board members who chose to terminate their positions at the pinnacle of success(lol), er as the stock slid to no bid.
I doubt that Ms Reiner or the guy who used to rent his garage to IDO ever had any say in how the business was run.
I believe the new board members are the same as Goldberg and MagShoe, puppets on the stage to make people believe in something that is not real.
Check the filing and see how many completed MagShoes are available for sale. One will note that there ain't no way this company will ever make money from selling security devices.
IDO financiers make their money by selling stock shares! Over $40,000,000.00 and counting each day!!!
And pay Goldberg $100.00 an hour to play act as CEO.
