You should read the post again. Apparently you didn't understand what I wrote. My point was that people rsvp'd and then didn't show. You would think they would have known 3 days before if they were actually going to make it or not, right? Honesty is the best policy.

Do you understand the meaning of RSVP? Regardless of the short notice, people RSVP'd. That was the point.
