If we are currently selling shares at these levels that turn out to be part of 17.5 cent convertible shares for Offor, I will be gone in a heartbeat. The scam label would become very appropriate. It's time to act like a legitimate company and do it soon by securing any financing in a conventional manner, not by raping shareholders as was done with the clearing of our previous debt.
Stock, I said not to ask me about that, but since you did, I haven't yet seen a reason to think it is anything other than a Private Placement (for sig bonus cash) being presold by the buyer. They don't have to tell us till the placement actually happens. I originally thought the shares would be sold to the investor at .50, but now must adjust that to .40, based on the trading.
