Magic Would that not be underhanded??? possibly illegal???? I dont see how you can sell shares than you dont own except for shorting. Most PP that I have seen an announcement is made. In the announcement you are then told that the shres were placed at XXX cents or dollars and they have a time restriction on those shares. To do a secret private placement with out the knowledge of the investors would only add to the allready tainted view of this--nigerian company. PL
Ah, I do remember your post about the PP. Would it not be in the company's best interest to keep the pps high, to support a reasonable PP pricing? I think everyone here agrees management is unconcerned with pps, and I just have to wonder why? Just trying to make some sense of this...
