Yes, absolutely. Please feel free to spread that information around as much as possible. I know there are a lot of investors out there that believe the "voluntary" financial statements at Pink OTC are just as good as the audited statements filed with the SEC and are relying upon them for DD. Hopefully they can learn that many of those "financial statements" are not at all reliable.
I am sorry to hear the Petro trial was postponed. The victims of that scam deserve to see the fraudsters go to prison, which will be at least some measure of redemption, as I highly doubt they will get any of their money back. June 4 is a long way out. Any reason why the trial was postponed for so long? With all the recent guilty pleas, the Fed's case is an absolute slam dunk. Unless they want to round up some more offenders - I can think of at least 5 individuals that haven't yet been charged, but should be, IMO.
