Debating among ourselves may be entertaining but unproductive. I am looking for someone who has delivered, or knows someone who has delivered sludge to be processed. Someone, the landowner or knows the landowner, of the pit to be cleaned. Anyone know, or could find a driver who has picked up reclaimed, processed oil. I really want management to show financials, accountant work, compliance attorney filings, etc. Does anyone know the workers in Edmonton who can share a story? Anything? I know, dream on!

"We also rely on a bit of regulation, where is the SEC or OTC governance while this company, at best, is generating and distributing profits (payroll) to itself."

FWIW, there is no "OTC governance".
OTC markets doesn't really provide governance per se, but as you can see they will warn investors when they feel information is inadequate:

The SEC 10 months ago asked the company "In order to bring your filings current, please file your Form 10-Ks for the years 1997 through 2009, including audited financial statements as soon as possible." The SEC has few choices:
Investigate...and they could be doing that without us knowing it.
Order a 10 day trading suspension, which is done without notice (see the link).

I'm not saying that either of those SEC actions is likely, but other than doing nothing those are the SEC's options.
As you have acknowledged, the ball is in your court.
