The SEC 10 months ago asked the company "In order to bring your filings current, please file your Form 10-Ks for the years 1997 through 2009, including audited financial statements as soon as possible." The SEC has few choices: Investigate...and they could be doing that without us knowing it. I'm not saying that either of those SEC actions is likely, but other than doing nothing those are the SEC's options. As you have acknowledged, the ball is in your court.
