Thanks. Unfortunately, that's what I expected. Potentially landing the PI is still a big deal to me, though, as there's quite a difference between hybrid mode and royalty-only mode. And this doesn't address the prospect of SNY still pulling the AG launch, which, even though it wouldn't address the change in contractual terms for MNTA, would still presumably be a good thing since the market for mL would likely stay the same, as opposed to being further eroded by the arrival of the AG.
That’s technically the right answer, but it omits the important point that the threshold for switching into profit-share mode in a given launch year is variable (#msg-68338015).
