MNTA—In scanning some other message boards (e.g. the MNTA board on investorvillage), I see confusion similar to wallstarb’s post here: some people think NVS rather than SNY launched an authorized generic. This makes no sense insofar as only the owner of branded Lovenox (SNY) has the authority to “authorize” an AG.

The botched newswire story from the AP must have something to do with this lingering confusion.
