That is what happens when one tries to represent himself in federal court. As you stated earlier SG: "He who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client."

I predict that in the case of CTTC vs. Raymand Taylor, Dr. Taylor will in time hire an attorney to represent him. These are very serious allegations, and his damage exposure is quite high in the case.
