Ray, you are full of bull. First you claim they got the wrong guy, you claim that you are just using some bloke's wifi, and yet the truth is that you are the clown that they are suing and you are representing yourself in court and that you do live on Polo Club Drive, etc. So much for your mantra of telling the truth. That's been proven wrong with all of you actions on this lawsuit alone - much less all of the BS that you've said about the company, the inventor, and the device. You claim that you want to live an honest and ethical life and yet you do the opposite.
How is stopping people who are getting pain relief ethical? How is preventing doctors from providing relief to their patients ethical? The patients don't care is there aren't any blinded, randomized, controlled studies - they just want pain relief and they get it from Calmare therapy. The patients don't care if the inventor does or doesn't have a medical degree - they just want pain relief and they get it from Calmare therapy. The patients don't care about Competitive Technologies, their past, their CEO, their stock price, etc - they just want pain relief and they get it from Calmare therapy. They can decide whether it is worth $150 per session to get relief from their pain without knowing about CTTC and their history or knowing about the inventor or knowing about clinical studies - which by the way have shown pain relief even if they weren't blinded, randomized, or controlled. It's not ethical to stop these people from trying to get relief from pain. Many of these people have been suffering from years and have tried many, many other options with no relief. They've spent much more on pain-killers, prescriptions, pain-blockers, etc. I don't think anyone who has tried Calmare therapy has used it as the first line of defense against pain. These people have suffered for years.
You are neither honest nor ethical. You should really look at yourself and see if you are living up to what you claim to be because from where I sit, you aren't certainly anything you claim to aspire to be. R4EL
