Yes but it still doesn't address my question whatsoever. I asked if, as you and Balls seem to be so sure, the low cost paper is with such eager sellers how can it possibly trade the way it does?
Your response was that it can trade over a dollar because retailers can't short it. What about the people who can sell and haven't?
