Well, how many stock specific boards on Ihub? 2 or 3 thousand or more and now 6 or 7 admin will take the time to decide total mods per board... the present system seems to be on auto pilot were the mod request call could run a routine that checks that id and how many posts were posted in the last 'n' weeks....with the automated admin letter being sent email.
I would submit that this will increase workload on admin.
As opposed to?
... allowing us the illusion that the posting members have some semblance of input for a board as opposed to removing all doubt and illusion.
So, should I expect direct control from advfn/ihub in what goes into a intro mess box as well. I mean beyond the regular rules now.
But at least admin took a sec to address this posted issue, but my input is moot as once admin says one week, it's a done deal.
This isn't about font colors or where to place the favorite tab that people overreact about, this change is pretty heavy and may have more input from members that admin is expecting.
Only time will tell.
