Sounds like you only read the last paragraph.

This is an addendum to the original, which does not seen to be available (at OTCmarkets)

All the same one can get the gist.

A says effective date is May 5, 2011

The key part is deep inside amendment 3

this agreement is now automatically renewed at every
Anniversary of its Effective Date unless either party notifies the other in writing with just cause to nullify
it.

and

Both parties may not terminate this Agreement unless there is a breach of contract
for non-performance.

One can look at the rest to get an idea of what might be a breach.

Looks to me like May 5 2012 is the first anniversary, at which point the licensing agreement automatically renews for a year. If there is a breach, then it seems there is a 6 month period imposed to allow for any breach to be repaired.

Am I misreading the terms ?
