addendum to licensing agreement dated May 5 2011 provides for automatic annual extension, and appears to provide cause for termination only on non-performance, but sales targets (the schedule C appears to not yet exist?) so non-performance would be what ? no technical progress toward marketable product and/or no motion toward ability to manufacture, distribute, sell ??
