usa, i'd call it an informed speculation. NDX future hit it's 10 wk downside using 23 offset for a slightly shorter 10 wk cycle. weak INDU slightly overshot. SP500 broke the fld and then turned up. sure, we could bounce around, but the low at the least is forming this week, if not in.
