I wonder if Intel will bring in the flash fiasco :) AMD went pretty cutthroat there... underbid Intel all over.... big mistake on Intel's part, but what goes around comes around. AMD has made a bunch of accusataions, they say they have industry execs who will testify... I would suggest that Intel could counterattack Cappellas and Fiorina as disgruntled ex-employees - Fiorina was fired and Curly quit 'cause he didn't get Carly's job... and they would do anything to discredit their former employer... seeds of doubt.. I don't think the japanese ftc thing will hold any weight here... AMD is accusing Intel of being a nasty, hardball company.. let's see if their legal issues hold up :)
