Yep. Historically, they have not commented publicly on matters such as this.

I just listened to the CC. Interesting the Q about "harm to consumers". Harm is defined as not being able to choose AMD from a manufacturer. That's a reach. Then, they talk about pricing in the DT arena where AMD is lower, Intel higher. I don't think these lawyers really understand that AMD is higher.
