i dont know if we are even listed yet as official shareholders - You won't be. Another curiosity...the SEC requires that companies with 300 or more shareholders be reporting. We were revoked for failing to comply. Couple of years ago I suggested to TM we file form 12g exemption for having under 300 shs of record, which would have got us off the hook, and we would still be trading today. One problem...for the purposes of determining the # of shareholders of record, SEC includes those in streetname...and that is why we could not file under that exemption, and got revoked. Are you catching my drift? SEC sees us as legitimate shareholders!

...btw, that fact might come in useful in future court battles....we were counted us as legitimate shareholders of record by the SEC at the time of revocation...long after the freeze, and suspension. I told my broker that, and I could see his 'duh' through the phone line...deer in the headlights kinda thing, I imagine.
