SEC didnt necessarily revoke us for being required to file because of the 300 shareholder rule, though (or did they say they did in their revocation 'complaint'???), but perhaps they just revoked us for delinquent filings in general (for a reporting company, that is)...
i dont know but there are a lot of reporting companies who trade today that are not up to date on SEC filings.
reason i mention is because there are apparently a number of
pinksheet companies that are technically 'non-reporting' ---- not sure how that works?? why cant we be a non-reporting pinksheet for that matter then? file the 15c211 and boom!
sounds to me like Carlton and team are starting to seriously look into getting us back to trading scenario, from the way he's been posting the last couple days. or at least to be READY to get back to trading when the opporutnity arises as brokers and dtcc throw up their arms in disgust at us ....................?
