#58348 RE: Tenchu #58338

AMD makes chips.

MS makes software.

They are not competitors.

AMD does not have legal standing to sue Microsoft on behalf of software companies that have been harmed by Microsoft.

JSIII was summoned as a witness, examined, and cross examined. He was neither a plaintiff or defendant in the MS antitrust suit.

AMD has presented a complaint that will be decided in a court of law. Your opinions re: AMD's motivations are A) contradicted by the facts, and B) irrelevent.

Please, abandon this ridiculous line of reasoning. You are wrong, your comments are not worth the disk space they take up.

Tenchu, AMD is selectively applying anti-trust law just to get ahead.

They are applying anti-trust law to get a realistic chance to have access to the market they manufacture products for. Is that asking too much in your opinion? Stick to the subject and stop trying to dodge the issue at hand.
