I agree, and I suspect everyone on this board agrees. I also hope that CD and other big share holders think the same way and would block any low ball offer. If the big hedge fund guys control big enough blocks then CD, et al, may not be in a position to block things until a clearer picture develops.

Maybe a question that Bywisdom could put to Gary. What is the ownership picture. Are there enough shares held by CD thinking entities to block a hostile buyout offer?

I agree with all that you guys wrote about a buyout. Also, it would upset investors including me to have CD give away the TPW property. I would not have any interest in investing in EL, Destor and the other properties' development if that were the case. Sometimes, I wonder if CD is purposely wanting to drill over a large area getting all of the property in a 43-101 before selling. Could he be avoiding the best spots to drill so far? Perhaps he doesn't yet want to hit a glory hole and be faced with a potential hostile takeover. After all, it makes some sense to drill as Destinator has mentioned in other areas and to drill closer to LSG if you wanted to prove up resources asap. Any thoughts like that from others?
