Selling anywhere near the prices you discuss is just not going to happen.

Here is what I posted on Stockhouse yesterday in this regard.

It is too early to entertain a buyout price with the information that we have at this moment. It is a good time however to invest in what is a very prospective property based on the fact that the HMC model is being realized with every drill hole.

Also there are many factors that need to be considered.

1.) Do we sell off the large porphyry in parcels?
2.) De we sell off one porphyry at a time?
3.) Do we sell off one property at a time? We other great drill results from Eastford and Destor. We have Kidd which is expected to become a Zinc / Copper play.
4.) The gold market sucks right now and we still have lots of drilling to do.

For now I continue to look to Detour Mines and Ventana for some guidance in regard to any potential buyout price.

Today I have just added NGD to that guidance/benchmark.

Doug, I agree. It would be nuts to accept any kind of buyout at this moment for TPW. If any buyer or major is trying to suppress the share price, they are just throwing away their money. This is CD's big dream in life. He's not selling on the cheap. However, the JV is a feasable idea.

Also, I think we can start to evaluate TPW based on the N43-101 reports. I think the first one is going to come in real light, probably around 250K ounces. Valueing them at $1000 an ounce, leaving alot of room for any future major to make money on the buyout, and dividing by the OS, we arrive at a price of 2 dollars per share. That's a good starting evaluation, because there's alot ofroom between 250K ounces and 20 million ounces.
