wshaw14 -- True, China has most of the world's existing REE in storage.
But whatever REE China has, either in storage or still underground, may only last for 15 more years due to rapid uses & development.
That's why China is buying up all raw REE from anywhere.
RUSTY RIDGE came up with all kinds of REE (see post #121889.)
