Mappo, I am not trying to be argumentative, but within 15 years, with the prices where they are I would be willing to bet that REES will be much more plentiful. Unless China is simply trying to deny the rest of the world REES temporarily stratigicly there would be no reason for them to venture out. If that is their reason, I feel they will be denied for regional security. Both USA and Canadian governments are useless in many other ways, but security is important to both.
