Booze is legal, marijuana isn't. It's not about the actual effects, it's about what is written on paper. Our AG even agreed that no matter what the person is on, they need to be responsible whether it be pills, booze, or mary jane. Really shocking from him too because he is our anti-marijuana poster boy, but the Good ol' boy likes his 2nd amendment apparently.
