LOL! Which school of thought teaches you that "operational strategies means reverse split"??? LOL! There will not be any R/S...Doing R/S is like shooting whoever with the majority shares right in the foot...and you knows he (PV) owns the majority of the shares...LOL! If you are the owner or the major shareholders of a certain company, then would you insist the rest of the shareholders or the BOD to pull a R/S? LOL! Maybe in some business course @ a local community college would teach people that...LOL!
