LOL, must be a pretty bloody foot since the company did a reverse split last year, another the year before and probably before that as well. I believe PV has always had majority control, but now it's through the preferred, not necessarily the common.

Actually it's dilution that kills the PPS and we KNOW the company isn't shy about massive dilution.
