Legalize it all and do away with the illegal imoports and put them out of business and shut the door. Then collect all the tax revenues just like tabacco and alcohol and put it on the shelf with the rest, imagine the Billions each year and not to mention the apparel made and other products like air bages made of hemp.

If Chevron, Exxon, Dupont, Tabacco Farmers etc were smart they would get in the business rather than compete

"States Rights"

One of the reasons why we are the Great Nation that we are.
But comes with many caveats, knowing and living under two sets of laws, and not counting any religious laws that may conflict with mans laws.

From my understanding some of the States Marijuana Laws state in the application to get your MJ card, state that you are not allowed to possess weapons. People are voluntarily giving up thier Constitutional Rights to bear arms, to legally smoke marijuana. They are not enforcing that law yet, but what if they do, is that the big picture plan behind all of this, time will tell.
