paheka, good points but in this case "no news is no news" and the street really has NO faith in mgmt or any particular outcome. At this juncture like someone posted on here, IF a deal does get done this will be a halt & gap up stock, period.
You're right in that there are a lot of moving parts, and we are not allowed to even know who or what the parts are. Understandably so too. We announced to the world that we are considering selling, but in reality we are RIGHT BACK WHERE WE STARTED ($/share) so in a sense , no harm no foul
It would be a huge relief to just belt out the best number to date, get it over with, and let someone come in hostile....IMHO
