I've answered that same question several times on this MB, actually.

But once again:

I find that if I ask habitual liars like EGOC's CEO Raymond T Brown II questions, they tell me lies.

Therefore I do my due diligence without relying on the word of Pink Sheet CEOs, many of whom will say almost anything to shift their stock.

Instead I conduct research through independent sources and filings.

It's an approach I thoroughly recommend to everyone - it could save you a fortune down here at the sleazy end of the OTC markets.
