Unless EGOC's patent application has been granted - and I rather think we would have heard about it if it had - then the application is still pending.

Therefore there is no patent for EGOC's technology, which is what I wrote in the first place.

Then by your own admission, the post: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=68124768 only says that a patent hasn't been issued and remains in pending status which would contradict any claims as to it's fraudulence or in the very least not support the conclusion of it's fraudulence.
